30 Minute HIIT

Step off the treadmill and back away from the elliptical—this cardio HIIT routine will have you soaked in just 30 minutes.I don’t know about you, but I get SO sick of running and using cardio machines. I’ve recently turned to HIIT on my cardio days because it’s a full body workout and I don’t get bored while doing it.

This routine uses full-body cardio moves mixed up with some ab exercises. Do each move for 60 seconds without rest. Once you complete the set of three moves, rest for 15 seconds, and repeat the set again.
