Monthly Mix: February Cardio

 

Do you ever feel that despite being the shortest month, February continues to drag on? It’s right in the middle of winter, there’s still snow on the ground, and you’re just waiting for March 1st to come and bring a little bit of spring. 

Pushing yourself to keep working out when it’s cold and all you want to do is lie in bed and eat cookies is also a challenge. An intense cardio workout and the perfect playlist, however, are the perfect solutions to curing the chills.

This playlist will help push you through your workout and keep you sprinting, boxing, or burpee-ing at your maximum level. Combine it with an intense cardio routine, such as my HIIT running workout, and you’ll make it through February in no time.
